Would you have any info on maybe a grandchild of Daniel Black and Mary Claunch being a Thomas Marion Black, b. 1858? Not sure where my Thomas Marion was born, but know that he was in Bullitt Co., KY in Feb. 1879 because he married Mary Lucretia Artman there. A few years after they married, the floated via raft down the Ohio River from Louisville, KY, to the Mississippi River then down the Miss. River and finally landed and lived in
Mississippi Co., MO the rest of their lives and are buried there. Have not been able to find anything on Thomas Marion. Do you think he might be a connection to your Daniel?
