I am looking for any info on my original Black family member, unk first name. He was a Scotch Irish Presbyterian minister who came from Northern Ireland in the early part of the 1700s. He was educated at the Univ. of Edinborough. Probably arrived at Wilmington, Del. or Philadelphia and settled in Greenbrier Co Va. I believe they had many children one of whom was William Black m. Rebecca Benson. Wm and Rebecca moved to Illinois, then to Iowas. Children were William, Annie, Frederick,and Samuel. I would love any info or advice on how to dig up info.
