Folks, I have recently received a barage of requests like above and now I am wondering if the problem is the server or if the problem is people are not following directions...again. If you want to unsub from the list, follow these directions exactly:

IF YOU ARE SUBSCRIBED TO THE LIST MODE:
send a message to
and in the subject line type a period <.> and in the body type ONLY the word unsubscribe and absolutely nothing else and press <enter> twice. You need to watch your spelling here because if it's spelled wrong, it will not work. Also, if you have a signature file, turn it off for this message if possible. If

For the digest mode, follow the directions above, BUT send the message to
