Hello all,

The following Blacks are from the Louisville, KY area (Jefferson and
Shelby Co.) and southern Indiana (Floyd Co). They lived on both sides
of the river at various times. Hope this helps someone.

William Taylor Black (b. 1866, Sherburne Co. MN - d. 1919, IN?)
sp: Mary Francis Cowherd (b. 1872, Shelby Co, KY - d. 1961, Jefferson
Co., KY)
Ada Black (b. 1898, Shelby Co, KY - d. abt 1984, IN?)
Sarah Ellen Black (b. 1905, KY? - d.???)
Clara Dot Black (b. abt 1909, IN? - d.???)
Frances Black (b. abt 1900, KY - d. ???)
Wm Haven Black (b. 1911, Floyd Co., IN - d. 1994, CO)

According to census records, William's father, John Black was born abt
1832 in Eng. (parents also born in Eng.) asnd he was a farmer. His wife
Priscilla _______ , b. abt 1842 in ME, parents also born in ME
Their children were all born in MN
Henry b. abt. 1862
Libby b. abt. 1864
*Willy b. 1866 (William T.)
Lorry b. abt. 1864
Albert b. abt. 1873
John b. abt. 1875
Robert b. abt. 1876
Lucy b. abt 1878
Ina b. abt 1879

If anyone has information on John's or Priscilla's parents, I would be
most appreciative.
