My family resided near Chillocothe Missouri in the 1830's to 1850's, when
they moved to Oregon and then to Sonoma County in Northern California in the
1850's and 60's. A good number of Black's still live in Sonoma, Medocino and
Humbolt Counties of N/California. Those living in Sonoma County reside in
the Santa Rosa, Healdsburg and Cloverdale, Eureka areas.
