H. Wayne Black III, 36, of San Diego, died Saturday. He was born in
California. Mr. Black worked as a bowling alley mechanic.

Survivors include his companion, Julie Oakes; a stepdaughter, Saskia
Vysma;
a stepson, Nigel Guest; his mother, Darleene Welch; his father, Howard
Wayne Black II; his stepfather, Dennis Welch; two brothers, Richard Dean
Black and Stephen Michael Black; his grandmother, Edna Huntley of
Lemoore;
and his step-grandmother, Mary Welch of Connecticut.

Services: noon today, El Camino Mortuary, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road.

Because of an error, this death notice is being reprinted in its
entirety."
