April 7, 1912-March 31, 1999

May E. French, 86, of San Diego, died Wednesday. Mrs. French was a
homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Howard; two daughters, Kathy Regent of
Ramona and Shirley Black of Watts, Okla.; a son, Norman, of Escondido;
one
sister; one brother; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Private services were planned.

Greenwood Mortuary handled arrangements. "
