To Geri,

I have been working on the Black family from Delaware for quite a few
years. My family was from the southern part of the state; Sussx & Kent Co.
I do not have any specific info on your Jane Black or any of the related
families that you mention. However a connection is possible.

I will keep you in my file and let you know if I find anything. I have not
been very active lately, but this is my main focus so I am interested.

You can check out my family file at:

Regards,

Jim Black

RE: [BLACK-L] BLACK - Delaware

This is a real shot in the dark and almost embarrassing because I don't
have
alot of information. I am trying to link a newspaper announcement for the
marriage of Jane L. Black to Thomas Lindell to my LINDELL Delaware line.
Article was found in the Cecil Democrat 2/24/1855 issue, page 4
"Near Glasgow Del., on the 15th inst. by the Rev. E. J. Way, Mr. Thos
Lindell
to Miss Jane L. Black both of New Castle County Del."
If any one is researching this line, please email me.
Thank you.
