Subject: [BLACK-L] WH BLACK, Baptist Minister in OR 1870-1888

I am trying to find out if the WH BLACK who is a Baptist minister in
Washington Co, OR from about 1870-1888 is William Henry Black b.1839/1840
in Buchanan Co, MO, married in 1868 in Solano Co, CA and registered to vote
in 1892 in Tulare Co, CA. The reason I think he might be the same person
is that a WH Black is the minister of record for two cousins of William
Henry Black. Fountain Black and his brother William Black(first cousins of
William Henry Black) married Roy sisters in Washington Co, OR. I also find
no record of William Henry Black in CA between 1871 and 1892. Coincidence??
Can anyone help?
