Hi,

I've posted this line before, but think it's time to try again. I’ve
only been able to trace my Black line to the 1880 census, Sherburne Co.,

MN. I lose them prior to then.

1-John Black (b. abt 1832, ENG - d. ???MN?)
(both of his parents were born in England as well)
sp: Priscilla ________(b. abt 1842, ME - d. ????MN?)
2-Henry Black (b. abt 1862, MN - d.???)
2-William Taylor Black (b. 1866, MN - d. 1919, IN?)
sp: Mary Francis Cowherd (b. 1872, KY - d. 1961, KY)
3-Ada Black (b. 1898, KY - d. 1984, IN?)
3-Sarah Ellen Black (b. 1905, KY? - d.???)
3-Clara Dot Black (b. abt 1909, IN? - d.???)
3-Frances Black (b. abt 1900, KY - d. aft 1960)
3-Wm Haven Black (b. 1911, IN - d. 1994, CO)
2-Libby Black (b. 1864, MN - d. ????)
2-Lorry Black (b. 1871, MN - d. ???)
2-Albert Black (b. 1873, MN - d. ???)
2-John Black (b. 1875, MN - d. ????)
2-Robert Black (b. 1876, MN - d. ????)
2-Lucy Black (b. 1878, MN - d. ????)
2-Ina Black (b. 1879, MN - d. ????)

There is a John Black of about the same age and born in Eng. on the
Wright Co, MN Census in 1860. His wife’s name is Emma J., b. ca. 1841
in VT. No children are listed. This COULD be a first wife of the same
John. Any help in tracing John or his parents further back would be
most appreciated.
