The following Blacks were listed in the 1800 US census for Bart Township,
Lancaster County, PA:

John Black, Free persons of color with 1 person residing with him.
Dagger Black, Free persons of color with 7 persons residing with him
Bill Black, Free persons of color with 5 persons of color residing with
him.
George Black, Free persons of color with 3 persons residing with him.

The 1800 census only listed heads of household. Slaves were not listed by
name but rather they number that each slave owner owned.
