My Black Family came from Ayrshire Scotland. Mary Black was born
in 1850 at Dalry, Scotland, near Glasgow. Mary's brother Andrew was born
in nearby Beith, Scotland, August, 1848. Their parents were, Charles
Black, and Helen (Robson) Black, both of Beith.

Mary and Andrew immigrated to Ontario, Canada, and settled in the
village of Mount Forest. Andrew married Thecla Putnam, and Mary married
Thecla's brother Waldo Reid Putnam, both of Mount Forest, Ontario,
Canada. Andrew and Thecla relocated to Fulton, New York, and are both
buried in Riverside Cemetery, Oswego, New York. Any information on this
line of the Black Family would be greatly appreciated.
