Don:

I think that some time ago I got a copy of the History of Love Co., and came
accross Samuel. If the Samuel that you are looking for is the same as the one
I found, I have not connected them.

I am related to a Samuel Houston BLACK. Samuel Houston BLACK was born 2
November 1859 in Palestine, Anderson Co., Texas, the son of Henry Mitchel
BLACK and Harriet Louise DEWEY. Samuel married "Mollie" Mary Ellen BARNETT
28 October, 1880 in Young Co., TX, and he died 11 March 1945 at Muleshoe,
Young Co., TX. His father ran a stage coach line in TX and I have picture of
the stage coach with BLACK at the top of the coach. His brother was Edward
Dewey BLACK, my ggGrandfather.

Buck, I saw your posting of the BLACK surname. I'm searching for
information on a Samuel BLACK (1834-1907) who lived in Thackerville, I
believe. His spouse was a DECHERD. Is he connected with your
interests? - Don
