My GG Grandfather, Charles Black first appears in Chicago Illinois, about
1850 when he was married. He then moved to Wisconsin where he joined the
Wisconsin 15th, Company G. and fought in the Civil War until early 1865. I
don't know when or where he was born, if he changed his name to Black or
anything about parents or siblings.
