My husband's line is as follows:

1 Craig Call Black (b. 1932) = 1)Sabra Bowman, 2)Constance Hockenberry
3) Mary Elizabeth King

2 Arthur Proctor Black (1900-1963) = Mary Nichols

4 William Francis Black (1863-1910) = Hattie Pamela Lovell

8 Samuel Robert Black (1841-1912) = Emma Frances Call

16 William Black (1805-1865) = Rebecca Benson

32 Joseph Black (m. 2 Nov 1804, Greenbrier, VA) = Abigail McClung

The family moved from Greenbrier Co., VA (now W VA) to Kearney,
Nebraska where Joseph, William, Samuel Robert, and William Francis are
buried. Craig's father moved to El Paso, TX. The 1790 Virginia
Census shows 4 Black "Heads of Families" in Greenbrier Co. between
1783-1786: Joseph, James, Thomas, and Samuel. No Blacks appear in the
1810 Census for Greenbrier Co. It is likely that either Joseph or
Samuel was the father of 32 Joseph Black. Does anyone have this line?
