Hello everyone. The test messages are over. I was having a problem and
noticed that a lot of the messages I was sending to the list were coming
back undelivered (i think) and I was trying to figure out the problem. I
was getting messages from the lists, but only because I am the listowner so
I automatically get messages delivered to me by default or at least that's
how I understand it, but I have received very many things from any of the list.

Since I don't know if the lists received my messages in the past few weeks,
I am going to reiterate what those messages say here since I know i got the
kinks out. Basically, It is costing me $50 a year to maintain my lists
(except Black, it was handed down to me) and being a full time student
hardly able to pay my bills in the first place, $50 is a LOT for me. These
lists I started because I wanted to bring people researching the same lines
together in one place and help them find connections, but by you not posting
your lines like I've asked, this is not being done and if this situation
doesn't change soon, I am going to cancel these lists that are costing me
this money I can't really afford in the first place. August 22, 1998 will
be the one year anniversary for these lists thatI started and I'd like to
see them make it to the first year. If people start cooperating in sending
their lines to the list and everything, I'd be more than happy to keep up
the lists, but if that doesn't start happening, i'll pull the plug or pass
them on and let someone else pay the $50. I don't want to do that though.

The black list has been doing alright with consistent posts since I've taken
over, however I have notice there are not as many people posting as there
were before I took over.

The Bradford list has not been doing so hot with hardly any posts between
september to mid november and then a slight trickle of posts from then to now.

The Coventry list has had hardly any posts at all since November 10th with
the last post being November 29th according to my records!!!!!! Now i know
most of you aren't posting because it's a small list and I realize that, but
there are now 10 subscribers which is more than I ever thought there would
be. The majority of those subscribers didn't join until late december and 4
of them just this month...so you don't have an excuse anymore...start
posting please!:)

The Hackett list has been doing MUCh better this month than previous...keep
it up:)

Black: +100 (not sure exact number, but more than Bradford list)
Bradford: 107
Coventry: 10
Hackett: 63

As you can see from above, if you would just post your lines, you are very
likely to find even 1 person with your line! If you have only one person,
post it anyways! Everyone has got to start somewhere. I started with only
one person for most of my lines, and on one of them, I'm back to medieval
times. Also, because I don't know if they made it to the lists, I will
repost my lines. Sorry for the length of this, I will stop here. Just
please start posting.
