Hello everyone! Sorry for the length of this message, but there are
some things I want to discuss with all of you. First off, you all have
been far too quiet!:) Please continue posting your lines:). Also, I know
I haven't been working on the homepage, but that is because I just got a
new HTML program and I'm trying to create the pages on there instead of my
write application as I did in the past. There isn't a whole lot left for me
to add though. I am wondering if there is anyone out there from any of my
lists who can send me info they have come across in their research such as
census, family bibles, diaries, etc., I woul like to add those onto the
homepage. If u send me information from a book at the library, please cite
the author, title, and date of publication and let me know if the book
itself is copyrighted. As I understand it, census info and family bibles and
diaries are public domain so those I can post on the homepage with no
problem, it's the copyrighted stuff I need to be cautious of. Some of you
have said you didn't know about the homepage for the lists in the first
place so here is the HOMEPAGE ADDRESS:
http://www.angelfire.com/mt/listdex/index.html

POSTING YOUR LINES: Some of you aren't sure what this means so here is a
quick rundown: Get all your information together and then start typing
it. By "your line" I mean your ancestors, who u are descended from. You
can put this in 2 different forms:

1. You can post them as a Query: ex:"I am looking for the ancestors of
David BRADFORD b. about 1720 probably in PA and m. Mary LANCASTER between
1750-1760 in PA and aft. 1760 moved to NC. He was first found in records
in the 1740 PA tax list of Chester Co. as umarried and non-property owner
and again in 1750 as unmarried, but owned property and again in 1760 as
married and owning property. He died abt 1800 in Cabarrus Co, NC and Mary
d. abt 1800 also in Cabarrus Co., NC" (By the way, that is really my
query!)

2. you can put them in an anhenlist/anhentafel (spelling?) form. I will
send directions on how to make those later on.

If u are on the Black list, u don't need to read any further, but if u are
on the Bradford, Hackett, or Coventry list, please read on:

BRADFORD LIST: There is a large number of you subscribed to the list who
have not posted your lines. Please do so and I am in the process of
gathering all my info to post to the list within a week or 2. Also, I
will be adding Bradford info to the homepage very shortly, so keep an eye
out, I will let u know when I get it up.

HACKETT LIST: There are also a large number of you subscribed to this
list and NONE of u (that I can remember) have posted your lines!:( Please
do so and I will send mine hopefully by the end of the week. Hackett info
will be added to the homepage withing a couple weeks, I will keep you
posted.

COVENTRY LIST: This is a small list, there are only 3 of us up, and I
know I don't connect with either of u, but if u two would be so kind as to
post your lines, I can get the info formatted and put up on the homepage
ASAP. There isn't much info on the Coventry surname as u both are
probably aware of, but I do have some census info that I will get up
withing a few weeks.

Thanks for bearing with me and that is all:)
