Hi Terri,
Yes, Isaac Black was from Ross County Ohio. I think Huntington Twp. If
not it would be Twin Township. I have some information in regards to him but
at this moment can not way exactly what. I do know that his name appears on
my Great Great Grandfathers account of his Sale after death. Abraham Black
and wife Catherine. I will look at the info I have and send it your way. Is
your mailing address ? If that is not right or
if you have not heard from me in the next week write me and jog my mind a
little. I think I can help you somewhat. Oh, The Blacks, or at least some
