Looking for any info of Benjamin E. Black, Sr. born Appleriver, Ill. I
beleive either he or his faither invented the "1/2 Plow" early to mid
1800's. He lived in Jennings, LA, was married to Mary Rose High-Black
and they had a son, Benjamin E. Black, Jr. born 9/29/1899 in Jennings,
La. Any info or how to get info will be greatly appreciated. Mary
