I too am researching the same person. I posted a query on "Encyclopaedia Titanica" in 2000 and a kind person provided Ethel's name as someone who tried to collect from the Titanic Relief fund for her two children.

Most of my other information (parents, siblings) has come from the 1881 and 1901 UK census. I have found nothing else about AWB, his family, or their descendants. Have you found anything new since posting your original message in Jan 2003?

What is your interest in AWB - as a "Titanic buff"? (I see that you have posted or replied to several queries on other crew members on that Titanic site.)
