Looking to find connections between these families in TN, MO & AR. I do not know how exactly they are related, although they truly appear to be. Any help is appreciated....
Daniel Barringer married Martha Covey in 1808 & lived in Jefferson County TN along the Elk River. Rosannah Barriinger also married Joseph Covey of VA in 1802. Reuben Barringer lived in Boone County MO in the 1820s near the Coveys, then they both later lived in Hempstead County AR (1830s) and Martha Covey (remarried to a John Rice) helped Reuben while he was ill & then was executor of his estate. Elizabeth & Joseph C. McCoy were also in Boone County MO in early 1820s & Elizabeth is understood to be a niece of Reuben Barringer. (Note that Barringer at times appears as Ballinger.)
