Peter Crowell sold 100 acres on Buffalo Creek, a branch of Rocky River
to Conrad Harshea. Original grant made to Paul Barrenger 27 Sept 1762,
Anson County. Researched by Rosemary Richardson(certified researcher).

Good morning, Erin. Hope this finds you well in Raleigh. Perhaps there you
can find something on why this land changed hands twice in less than 90 days
with a Harkey connection at the end and a Crowell, (who he?), as the
middleman. We are still searching for Catherine (Barringer?) married ca 1763
to Martin Harkey( Harshea). Anybody, with anything, c'mon, shake that tree,
maybe a few more nuts will fall out. Tom in Texas
