BARNINGER/BARRINGER, Caroline, b. 1825 PA, married Samuel Lewis WERTS,
1843 Conyngham, Luzerne Co., PA at the home of her father (unknown).
Caroline and Samuel had six surviving children: Thomas Clayton, Albert,
Sarah Ann, Clarrah, Mary Alice, Harvey. The family went to Logan Co. OH
about 1860, Samuel died 1864 at Andersonville Prison, GA. Caroline
BARNINGER WERTS and children in Hancock Co., OH in 1870 and 1880;
Caroline died 1885 Franklin Co., OH. Am looking for any information
about Caroline BARNINGER's parents or family background.
