Hi guys -

My Barringers (Berringers) are from the 1600's - hope someone can help out
there...

I have Margaret Barringer, b. c1661, d. 1720, m. James Moore (b. c1640, d
1706)
I know they lived part of their married life in Charleston SC and he was Gov.
of SC 1700-1702.
Children of Margaret and James Morre were - James II, Maurice, Margaret,
Nathaniel, Ann, Rebecca, Benjamin, Jehu, Maary, Joseph, Roger, John

Margaret was the dau. of (Lt. Col.)Benjamin Barringer b. c1610, m. to Margaret
Forster (not sure of this spelling) (Margaret's 2nd husband was Sir John
Yeamans)
Benjamin was the business partner of Sir John Yeamans and joint landowner of
the Nicholas Plantation in St Peter Parish of Barbados. Her dau. Margaret
(above) was the 5th child born to Margaret and Benjamin and was born after
Benjamin died in Barbados. (Margaret's 3rd husband was William Whalley)
Their children are listed as: John, Mary, Jehu, Simon, and Margaret
