Daniel N. Stroop
(December 15, 1952 - September 21, 2009)

Daniel, born on December 15th 1952, passed away on September 21, 2009 in an attempt to avoid work on Monday morning. Throughout high school Daniel proved himself an all-star athlete and championship wrestler, then went on to the Army, earning a medal for expert marksmanship, experiences that prepared him for 31 years of marriage and raising three ungrateful children. For over 50 years Daniel worked hard in his career as a cornucopia of useless knowledge, becoming top in his field. For the last thirty years he has moonlighted in Industrial Construction, having single-handedly built every mine and smelter in the Southwest... or at least that's the way he told it. He is survived by his mother, Blanche, his brothers, John, Pat, Dock and Mark, his loving wife Barbra, his children Lee, Logan and Krissa and his faithful dog Renfield.
Services will be held Sat. September 26, 2009 at the Safford Funeral Home. Services start at 1:00pm.
