I own a copy of this book as it was written by my great grand uncle. The
Ayer family is presented because his mother-in-law was Phoebe Clarissa Ayer
of Haverhill, MA, born 1809, my third great grandmother. My research shows
the AYER section to be pretty accurate, but again, AYER is limited as he
concentrates on his own family, the LINCOLNs and his wife's PORTER family.
I would be most happy to hear from the ultimate purchaser of this book and
any others who might share my AYER or PORTER lineage. I would like to know
who signed this book and how it was obtained by the seller.

When this genealogy was published, it was given as a gift to each of the
people listed in the book, NEVER SOLD. Uncle Wil Lincoln would be amazed to
know that people are now bidding on his book!
