He was married to Joanna B. AYER -i. Joanna B. AYER -i died in 1851. Nathan Wheeler AYER -i and Joanna B. AYER -i had the following children:

SECOND GENERATION

He was married to Rhandena GILMAN -C (daughter of William Cook GILMAN I-i and Lydia SHEPPARD -C ) on May 5, 1875. Rhandena GILMAN -C was born on November 22, 1854. Francis Wayland AYER -i and Rhandena GILMAN -C had the following children:

+4ii.Anna Gilman AYER -C (born in 1875).



THIRD GENERATION

3. Alice Biddle AYER -C died in 1904.

She was married to Hardin H. WHEAT -i.

4. Anna Gilman AYER -C was born in 1875. She died in 1945.

She was married to Wilfred Washington FRY -i (son of Walter FRY Rev.-i and Eleanor Ann KEMP -i ). Wilfred Washington FRY -i was born in 1875. He died in 1936.
