Hello -

My mother made a recipe.......We called it "cheese noodles."

It is made with noodle dough and dry curd cottage cheese. After rolling out
the noodle dough..........a mixture of dry curd cottage cheese, sugar,
raisins, spices, probably milk or cream..........was spread over a circle of
dough. This is done atop a dish towel. After spreading the mixture on the
dough.....gently roll the dough with the cloth into a long rope. Then place
the rolled dough into boiling water and cook for several minutes. before
serving drizzle with melted butter. Very good, but wasn't made
often........a real treat.

If anyone has this recipe I'd appreciate a copy.
