EDMONDS / MURPHY / WOODFORD
Seeking more info on the family of John EDMONDS born 1811 Epsom, Surrey,
England, married Johanna MURPHY in Victoria possibly Portland 1843, worked
as a servant for one of the HENTY brothers at Merino Downs. I would like to
find out what happened to some of his offspring, Henry, James, Margaret and
John. We know that Frederick went to Ballarat (mar Emily STEVENS) and
Henrietta married George WOODFORD and later moved to Inverell district NSW,

There was another EDMONDS family in Merino at the same time, perhaps they
are connected. This one was a William EDMONDS & Frances Elizabeth JACOBSON
who had about 7 children from 1873 to 1891 in or near Merino.
