Hi Beryl

Try Billis & Kenyon's Pastoral Pioneers of Port Phillip.

BLACKWOOD STATION - Portland Bay district run no 238, 10,000 acres 5000
sheep.
Muston's Creek, 5 miles NE of Penshurst.
1842 Jas Sceales; Feb 1843 J Sceales and Jas Ritchie; Oct 1845 J Ritchie;
Sept 1858
Dan & Simon Ritchie; Feb 1860 D Ritchie; 1866 cancelled.

I missed the original message - what name is being researched? I may be
able to help further.

Regards
Lori

I've seen a book at the State Library that gives information on all those
early properties, but I'm darned if I can remember the name of it. Can
anyone help Joy with a title?

Suggestions as to where to go to start a search are also welcome.

burials took place there. Does any one know, or have they seen, how big
this cemetery is and if the lists of burials have ever been published? - or
even if there is any evidence now that there were burials?
