Hi Chris,

You have sent from an address which is not subscribed.

If it is your normal address then you will need to re-subscribe. Sometimes
you can get automatically unsubscribed if you get rejects because eg your
mail box is full. Sometimes you change email, eg when you change ISP
or service type eg upgrade to broadband.

If you have used another address eg work instead of home or fred's instead
of Mary's you will need to either:
1 ) subscribe the new address and re-send or
2) re send from the subscribed address.
