Seems like the $400,000 is only an agreed figure to cover restoration ,not
to rebuild.This could have been a sum agreed to by the insurer and the

by the ordinary people of the community to build the church in the first
instance does not count???
Tonge in cheek,maybe the ground it stands on is worth enough to build a
Cathederal elesewhere..plus the $400,000 of course??
