Hi Tim & Sharon,

I'm afraid Tim that cousin may not be an accurate salutation. Sharon, well
maybe but pretty distant.

Following shows pretty well all the info I have about Caroline Weekes, John
Walter Hodges, their son William John, his spouse Georgina May Burgess and
their daughter, Lillian. It also shows the ancestry of Georgina back to the
ancestors we share in common, George LAMBERT & Fanny DELVES.

Ahnentafel Chart for Lillian HODGES

First Generation

1. Lillian HODGES was born 27 Jun 1889. She died 16 Dec 1970.
Lillian married MC BEATH.

Second Generation

2. William John HODGES died 17 Dec 1939. He married Georgina
May BURGESS.
3. Georgina May BURGESS was born 24 Jan 1868 in East Maitland.
She died 12 Jul 1941.

Third Generation

4. John Walter HODGES married Caroline WEEKES on 12 Feb 1856
in Morpeth.
5. Caroline WEEKES was born about 1843.

6. William BURGESS was born 1844/1845 in East Maitland?. He
died 1914 in East Maitland and was buried in East Maitland
Methodist Cemetery. William married Georgina VICKERY.
7. Georgina VICKERY was born 1846/1847 in Dinnington,
Somerset. She died 1925 in East Maitland.

Georgina arrived on 25 May 1857 at Port Jackson, NSW. She
emigrated on in 1857 from England.

Fourth Generation

12. William BURGESS was born 12 Nov 1819 in Hastings, Sussex,
England. He died 12 Sep 1892 in Maitland and was buried in
East Maitland NSW (Wesleyan) - At Age 52. William married
Mary Anne LAMBERT on 09 Mar 1840 in Parramatta, NSW.

13. Mary Anne LAMBERT was born 29 Oct 1821 in Crowhurst,
Sussex, England and was christened 25 Nov 1821 in
Crowhurst, Sussex, England. She died 10 Sep 1896 in At Age
74.
Mary emigrated on 'James Pattison' 09 Nov 1839 from
Gravesend. She arrived on 08 Feb 1840 at Sydney, NSW.

14. William Edward VICKERY was born 1805/1806. He died 24 Apr
1869 in East Maitland, NSW and was buried in C of E
Maitland Cemetery. William married Mary RAISON on 1829.
William emigrated on the "Herefordshire" in 1857 from
Dinnington. He arrived on 25 May 1857 at Port Jackson, NSW.

15. Mary RAISON died 1857 in on board "Herefordshire" en
route to Sydney.

Fifth Generation

26. Levi LAMBERT was born 14 Apr 1798 in Hollington, Sussex,
England and was christened 13 May 1798 in Hollington,
Sussex, England. He died 23 Aug 1881 in Maitland, NSW
(Pitnacree Rd) - At Age 83 and was buried 25 Aug 1881 in
East Maitland, NSW Australia (Wesleyan). Levi married Jane
TESTER on 21 Oct 1820 in Hollington, Sussex, England.
Levi arrived on 08 Feb 1840 at Sydney. He emigrated on
'James Pattison' 09 Nov 1839 from Gravesend.

27. Jane TESTER was born 1801 in Maresfield, Sussex, England.
and was christened 19 Apr 1801 in Maresfield, Sussex,
England.. She died 15 Jun 1884 in Maitland NSW (George St)
At Age 83 and was buried 16 Jun 1884 in East Maitland, NSW
(Wesleyan).
Jane emigrated on 'James Pattison' 09 Nov 1839 from
Gravesend. She arrived on 08 Feb 1840 at Sydney.

Sixth Generation

52. George LAMBERT was born 1761 in Lewes, Sussex, England
(St Thomas at Cliffe) and was christened 26 Oct 1761 in
Lewes, Sussex, England ( St Thomas At Cliffe). He died 28
Dec 1849 in Hollington, Sussex, England - At Age 88.
George married Fanny DELVES on 26 Mar 1788 in Hollington,
Sussex, England.
53. Fanny DELVES was born 1767 in Hollington, Sussex, England
and was christened 12 Jan 1767 in Hollington, Sussex,
England. She died 18 May 1860 in Hollington, Sussex,
England - At Age 93.

54. John TESTER was born 1766 in Hollington, Sussex, England
and was christened 13 Jul 1766 in Hollington, Sussex,
England. He died ?. John married Mary PENIFOLD on 05 Aug
1793 in Balcombe, Sussex, England.
55. Mary PENIFOLD was christened 01 Nov 1772 in Balcombe,
Sussex, England.


I would be happy to provide info up and down from George LAMBERT and Fanny
DELVES if this be relevant.

I would be grateful for any data about the descendants of William HODGES &
Georgina BURGESS that may be available from Sharon or Tim.

I obtained my info on this branch from Lorraine Neate at
. Lorraine may like to be brought into the conversation.
