Hi Listers,
I am trying to find info on the Regimental guard, that was on the ship
'EARL OF LIVERPOOL', sometimes known as the 'LORD LIVERPOOL'.
My gggrandfather was a military guard, from the UK.
He married a convict who came to NSW on this ship on the 5th April, 1831. I'm just wondering if he might not have been on the same trip, and that's how they met.
Does anyone know if there is a passenger list, that might tell of the Regiment that accompanied the convicts?
Many thanks
Jan,
Western Australia.
