Searching for information on Waterman Family from New York & Bell family from Caldwell & Livingston county KY. Bell family came to Monroe county about 1830 ,lived & settled there till R.S. Bell's wife Louisa Jacobs-Bell died about 1848. R.S. Bell moved to White county AR,remarried to Arvilla Ann Waterman about 1848. R.S. Bell was a Cumberland Presbyterian minister, Lawyer, circuit clerk in both Monroe county & White county.
