All,
That location that BettyMc identified in LR was the YMCA, Virgil J. Haley
was a boarder there. Said to have been born in TX,
Think he wanted a different life for whatever reason?
I knew that something was familiar about 6th and Broadway and it is the old
gorgeous building that was the old YMCA.
Think they have just now gotten some businesses in that building, it was on
the market at a very over-priced level for years.
Don't exactly know what the situation was.
