It's probably a scam, but to be on the safe side you could get in touch with your ISP. I get them a lot from someone purporting to be from Cox and I called or email them, don't remember right off, but they said to ignore it, that it is called phishing.

Is anyone besides me getting notices from "Century Tel" to up grade my e-mail? I have gotten these before and someone told me to ignore them, which I've been doing, but I am still getting them.
