Found this obit in Grandma's things. He was Granddad's brother.

Services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Erickson and Brown Funeral Home, Taft, for Troy Lee Rowden, 73, of 105 Cypress St., Bakersfield, who died Tuesday at home. Burial will follow in the West Side District Cemetery. Mr. Rowden was born October 1, 1908 in Oxford, Arkansas. He came to Taft in 1934 and lived there until moving to Bakersfield in 1951. He was a retired oil worker for Tosco Refinery. He is survived by his wife, Nola J. Rowden of Bakersfield; a son, Gene D. Rowden of Apple Valley; a daughter, Barbara Colberg of Bakersfield; six grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a sister Bertha Montgomery of Little Rock, Arkansas. Friends may pay their respects at Erickson & Brown Funeral Home, Taft.
