What browser are you using?

In IE go to Tools --> Options --> Home Page, change it, and hit "Apply."

In Firefox go to Tools --> Options --> General, change it, and hit "OK".

You have to hit "Apply" or "OK", and you'll have to open a new window for it to take effect.

Carold:
I went to Tools, Manage Add-on's, Tool Bars & Extensions. Found it
there. Deleted it, and it is gone from there, but stills showing up.
