Benjamin Frankllin Bell born in Wiseman 11/7/1892 and died 12/8/1955 in Izard County, was
Neva Hailey's 3rd husband. He was a brother to my Grandfather, Joseph Plummer Bell. I think he was buried in the Morriston Cemetery. I believe this is all correct.
