Mr. Lawrence,
I've been reading(with excitement) all the info from this "great list" about
the Civil War info and was wondering if I could ask you a question. I'm so
new at this I don't know what to do next to find any info on my
soldier(Confederacy or Union ???). Can you tell me which direction I need to
go next.
His name is Joel M. Morgan, born in Tennessee about 1833. Died in Newton
County, Arkansas. The family thinks sometime in the early 1920's but they
don't know where. They want to place a tombstone if he doesn't have
