Peggy,
The guys that make the markers try to find someone to tell them who is
buried with the rock markers. I don't know that they always get them in the
correct spot. Some times obituaries are looked for so they can get the
dates. The markers I'm talking about are cement blocks with medal plates
with name and dates if possible. This has been going on for several years
around the Norfork, Culp, Lone Rock, Matney area. As for one marker for
several names I, myself haven't seen one. You can get an idea if you check
Galatia Cemetery, Baxter County on Find A Grave. Type in the name Rosson and
you will see one for an infant. There are 7 of these but only one is shown.
Until these 7 markers were put up there were only rocks.
