I'm not connected to the 3 names you listed.
It wouldn't surprise me if the Cornett attorney was connected.
I'm very curious to know if Oklahoma City's Mayor Cornett descends for this
same line!!

When I forwarded that list--it shifted 3 sites all run together:

I might add a note--my mother is probably related to the Simmons and Combs
the list has been discussing.  Mom's grandmother was a Cornett-from Perry
County, Ky, area to Madison County, Arkansas.  The Combs, Ritchie's,
Cornetts, Grigsbys, and others are all inter-related.
If anyone goes back to that KY group in Madison County (nearly a whole
township of them)
I know some neat websites back into KY to find kin.

Hi June,
I think most of my family is under the Norfolk Lake!!
Marion Green's place with Lewis's next door (I understand some of the Rand's
lived there after Lewis went to Oklahoma)--they were my grandfather and
great grandfather.
Marion's wife, a Blankenship, was my g grandmother although his last wife
was Molly (Williams) Branson with her son, Lee.  I have been in touch with
Lee's daughter, Laura Belle, in recent weeks.  Marion willed his property to
Lee Branson in exchange for Lee taking care of Molly until she died.  Lee
did that very thing.  When he got married, he brought his wife into the home
with he and Molly and their family was raised with Grandma Molly in the
house.  Laura Belle says Molly was there when she grew up and got married
and left home.

Lewis married John M Russell's daughter, Sally Donna.  So, I'm tied in with
the Russells, who married into the Hands, etc.
