Hi folks

Well.........first of all - a happy day for all you fathers out there. Of
course, as Junebug posted - I am sure we are all thinking of our own fathers
on this day, also. My father had a great sense of humor.......

I spent the last week in Tulsa. Wow folks! It has been years since I have
been around humidity like that! Little chubby me and a smoker to boot - was
breathing heavy, heavy heavy. To say the least, I was using the AC in that
rental car.

Thought I would update you all - I Contracted for a home there in Tulsa and
have days of beating it to the band - they have accepted my Offer. It is a
1916 home in the Stonebraker Heights. Very old neighborhood that is just
south of downtown and runs along side the river. Wonderful, urban feel and
I am quite happy with it.

Soooooo.........watch out folks, close to Arkansas! Ole Kathy? And Ev - am
still coming to your neck of the woods - but, will be in the Fall it
appears.
