Fires are still on the go here in southern okla.  Our old homeplace is still standing, but it burned several houses  around it.  Just keep hearing about friends homes who have burned--breaks my heart!  They are everywhere around it seems.  Lady at the grocery  said it burned 14 homes around where she lives--plus part of a fire station and a church.  The tornado in Ark. was pitiful, too.  Pray that the wind will lay or for much needed rain .  So far, the fires have stayed out of our little town of Healdton--but I am beginning to wonder if the whole state isn't going to go u p in smoke-----fires for miles a nd miles.  Heard on the tv where a couple lost their lives in Texas.  Think we are gong to go exploring and see what is left around here.  Glenna G.
