A third party has been arrested as the results of a shooting affray near
Allison in Stone County Saturday night in which CLEVE POGUE,60, was
critically wounded. Deputy Prosecuting Attorney W. M. THOMPSON of Batesville
said a son-in-law of POUGE is in a Batesville hospital suffering from
chest,leg and arm injuries

Cleve Pough must have died from his wounds because he died 2 days later on
22 Feb 1946
