Subject: [ARIZARD] David Jordan and a cemetery? - Vera
Date: Fri, 9 Jan 2009 23:04:16 -0800

Hi again, folks

Well.............it appears that David Jordan was still living in 1873.

Vera, he bought land from Laban John Beavers (whose son married one of my Sinors) in 1873.

Note: Some sources lists L. John Beavers' first name as Leelen and other list it as Laban. It was shown in land abstract records that Laban J. Beavers purchased 80 acres of land in Marion County, Arkansas, on February 1, 1864, from John W. Herns. Then in March 1873, Laban J. Beavers and his wife Febe Ann Beavers sold the same 80 acres, except two acres for cemetery to David Jordan.

Vera, wonder what cemetery it was? Is Dodger out there?
