Boy! Rick:
That quilt would be a real treasue to be that old. For some reason i didn't
come out with many old treasures of my mom. I have a braided lock of her
long hair the first time she cut it was some time in her early 80s. She
could sit in a straight chair and it would touch the floor. She kept it
braided and wrapped around her head for yrs. When she was younger she had
the most beautiful hair just layed in waves. Sure loved and miss till yet my
dear parents. also Ed's parents are dearly missed to. some day before we
know it we will join them. Life is but a "dream". Have nothing of any of my
grandparents except
have an old metal stine or what we called a small pitcure that we always
kept on the eating table with molasses in. it was handed down from my
ggrandpa Gillihan. Never got to see either one of my grandma's .i was 7 when
Grandpa Gillihan passed , but my grandpa Grimmett on mom's side lived till
1970.
Guess better "shush" before i get wound up Ha. Love Junebug
