died 09 Jul 1912 in Ladonia Texas. She married Barry Haney. He was born
Jun 1876 in GA.

Mrs Bertie Haney, daughter of W. E. Marchant died at her home at
Ladonia, Texas, the ninth of this month. She has many friends here who mourn
her death and sympathize with the bereaved.

Mar 7, 1918 – Lunenburg News
A gloom has been cast over this community by the death of Uncle Ed
Marchant. He was buried Sunday afternoon, funeral services held by Eld. Mose
Cooper. By death of Mr Marchant this community has lost one of its best
citizens and his death will be mourned far and near for his friends could
not be numbered. Everyone mourns and sympathizes with the bereaved.
