Thanks Marilyn!
I will have to do some checking to see if this is my husband's line or not.
If they are, it's a different limb but might help with research of the
elusive Lee J Foster, b about 1803 in North or South Carolina. His line did
come through Arkansas but not much is known about them.

The only information I have on Annie Dillard Foster is she married Walter
Foster and their children were, Raymond Foster and Clarence Foster.
My grandmother was a Foster, I looked through what I have on the Fosters and
found a Walter Luther Foster (24 Apr 1887), son of Robert J. Foster &
Tobitha Staggs. Robert J. was the son of William Foster & Rebecca O. Morrow.
Robert J. Foster was the brother to my G-grandfather Frances Marion Hall.
Hope this is of some help.
